Are the items sold on Eclipse Sample Sales authentic?
Yes, 100%. We partner directly with brands and authorized showrooms to ensure every piece is authentic and sourced straight from the designer.
What is the return policy for sample sale items?
Due to the deep discounts offered, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit unless an item is proven to be damaged upon arrival.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes an additional 3-7 business days.
What does 'Sample Sale' quality mean?
Items may include overstock, past-season collections, or actual runway samples. While most items are in pristine condition, some may have minor imperfections or missing tags, which is reflected in the price.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we offer shipping to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include more international destinations soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because our team works quickly to fulfill orders during high-volume sales, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed.
