Please note that all returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and items must remain in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury brand boxes and dust bags are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
